Father's Mother and her paintings

Some of you might have heard me remark that my grandmother is a painter who learned to produce watercolor renderings when she was 75. She is now 90 and has an umbrella, a fan, and several framed paintings in my house.

Gran let me photograph some of her work, so I thought I would share it with you.

Someday I need to give watercolor another try, but as with istari_ala, nobody told us at the time that it was an especially difficult medium.
