That's awesome. I've done work using Metropolis MC and Hypothetical Scanning MC for work on protein modeling.... I wish the first time I heard about Monte Carlo was last summer, I feel like I've been missing out on the whole slew of what's available...

Have you read Radford Neal's thesis or this techreport?

He's got some more recent surveys and some software that seems very full-featured, though I found it a little hard to understand.
