Cool word of the month, November 2005

užas (Croatian, noun) - horror, terror

The Terionach proper noun Uzashin is derived from this. In Chapter 12 of tanelos, Alinyel says that Uzashin is "a name that the Terionach use for the gateway to the underworld reserved for unrepentant traitors and slayers of kin... a place where beasts of flame and sorrow gnaw one another and the damned ceaselessly."

If you have ever heard the recording "UZAS.MP3" made by [info]jereeza and her best friend Okeata, you know what I mean. ;-)

Wow, that's a lot of words. Nonetheless, I believe you can do it, and will have done it by the time you read this. So. Congratulations on your stupendous Nanowrimo victory.

Actually...
If you look at last year's writing log, my top rate was 11528 words in one day, followed by 11089 the next. I still don't know how I did that, as 8000 words a day almost killed me this year...
