First - I love your userpic for this entry! I think David Wenham is the rugged handsome that women only dream about.

Secondly - the video clip is awesome! I love "My Immortal" and "Interview With A Vampire", so seeing those two together like that was really great. And it is the perfect match for explaining immortality, in my opinion.

So, okay - I'm done rambling.

Hello and welcome
Hi, Jasmine! First, welcome to my LJ friends list.

Regarding David Wenham: I think I've had that icon as my "poignant" icon since I added that keyword to my user pics in 2005.

Here is the other icon I was thinking of using for this post ("sad"), and decided to switch out because it represents the tone of the video but not my actual mood.

Regarding "My Immortal": It's definitely a good match. I had wanted the scene where Louis finds Claudia and Madeleine in the well and they fall to ash under his touch, but I couldn't find it on YouTube.

How's the word count going, if I may ask? I'm still under 24K, but I'll have lots of time to put the pedal to the metal this week, and 5K words a day is still a sight more pleasant than 8-11K.
