The above drives are on different computers, actually - one (Hirilonde) is a notebook and the other (Laurelin) is a desktop PC. So it's nothing special, except that I've had two DVD recorders for a year, one of them for three years, and this is the first time I've gotten both working at once.
Bring on the Blu-Ray burners!
